Cultural Stewardship

My Niiji Music is an independent music project rooted in culture, truth, and creative freedom.
This page exists to clearly explain the purpose, boundaries, and values behind the My Niiji Cultural Stewardship initiative.

What This Is

This is a cultural stewardship initiative built around music, community, and shared purpose.

Through My Niiji Music, a portion of music-generated revenue is intentionally set aside to recognize early supporters, support community-based initiatives, and build something sustainable beyond platforms and trends.

The first one thousand supporters who purchase the album Welcome to the Ghost Spells and voluntarily opt in may be recognized as Cultural Beneficiaries. This recognition reflects participation and alignment with the mission — not ownership or control.

This initiative is guided by transparency, integrity, and respect for the people who support independent art.

What This Is Not

This is not an investment offering.
This is not stock, equity, or a security.

Participation does not grant ownership of My Niiji LLC, decision-making authority, or control over creative or business operations. No guaranteed income or financial return is promised.

Any potential distributions, if and when they occur, are dependent on actual revenue received, calculated after ordinary business expenses, taxes, reserves, and operational considerations.

Why This Exists

The modern music industry often prioritizes scale over substance. This initiative exists to honor supporters, reinvest in community, and preserve creative independence.

Music has always been communal.
This is an intentional return to that principle — done responsibly and transparently.

Who This Is For

This initiative is for people who believe music carries meaning beyond entertainment, value integrity and independence, and want to support culture in a thoughtful and grounded way.

Participation is voluntary and rooted in shared values, not speculation.

Our Commitment

My Niiji Cultural Stewardship represents a commitment to long-term vision, accountability, and respect for community. It is an invitation to participate consciously in something built on culture, purpose, and truth.

Participation Expectations

Participation as a Cultural Beneficiary is rooted in alignment, good faith, and community engagement. While no minimum posting frequency is required, Cultural Beneficiaries are expected to make reasonable efforts to support and amplify My Niiji Music and related initiatives through their available social platforms, word-of-mouth, or other organic means.

This initiative is built on collective participation. Cultural Beneficiary status is intended for individuals who wish to actively support the growth and visibility of the music, culture, and community, not passive observers.

Failure to remain aligned with these principles may result in revocation of beneficiary recognition, at the discretion of the Steward, without entitlement to compensation.
